Shade Shop had an extremely outdated website when they began this project. The only preference they had was utilizing a soft yellow, and it really came together elegantly. We discussed common questions they get from customers and ways to improve the inquiry experience.

The shutters, shades, and other products sold by The Shade Shop were truly luxury products installed as a luxury hands-off service. I was assigned as their designer to work alongside our SEO specialist, PPC specialist, and project manager to deliver a matching luxury website experience. Working as a team, we were able to optimize it for marketing success in the future.

One of the most glaring parts missing from The Shade Shop's existing website was a clear call to action and directing the user easily through the process. Adding an entire page dedicated to a detailed process with links throughout made a strong impact!

The existing website design was glitchy and the menu wasn't usable. With the new responsive changes, users were now able to do simple actions like click the phone number to call directly and quickly open the sticky menu to get where they need to go.
